VSRu Mint Blue

Mint Blue dazzles the senses with its refined navy and cheerful mint blues, at times fading into each other, at times staggered in color-block contrast. The VSRu is exclusively compatible with electronic shifting systems. Size S frame weighs 1095±80g (not including aluminum parts).

Technology

  • [ Optimized Weight & Stiffness ]
    Compared to the previous generation VSRu, our upgraded frameset is 6% lighter and 5% more comfortable. Not only does it provide more stability cruising on flat roads, but better handling over cobbles and mountainous terrain as well.

  • [ 30C Tire ]
    In recent years we’ve seen wider tire widths become mainstream practice for competitions due to their compliancy. The new VSRu can be outfitted with tires up to 30C, a versatile feature for managing different road conditions.

  • [ AERO1v Cockpit ]
    Handlebars are a crucial aspect of cycling aerodynamics, as they’re the first part to come up against air resistance. Our new AERO1v handlebars exhibit great drag coefficient numbers, and its slight five-degree V-shape allows for a more ergonomic top hold and aggressive riding stance.Cyclists can install secondary shifter tops for quick shifting in the top handlebar position, and DARE also provides a variety of handlebar sizes (including 360mm), so you’ll be able to set up the most suitable handling for you.

  • [ Di2 Intergrade (Di2I) ]
    Instead of hiding a Di2 battery mount in the seat post like previous designs, we integrated the battery mount within the VSRu’s downtube to avoid the inconvenience of needing to remove the seat post. We’ve also included a mount for the new RS-910 Di2 junction box, making charging and checking battery levels more intuitive.

  • [ Aero Shape Design (AERO-S) ]
    In addition to the AERO1v, we also optimized the VSRu frame’s aerodynamics based on CFD analysis and feedback from racers. The newly streamlined head tube and fork shape guide airflow past the seat stays with more stability.

  • [ Total Synchro-Integrated Cable (TSIC) ]
    TSIC is an innovatively integrated internal routing system that conceals the derailleur cable and brake within the frame completely. In addition to perfect compact profile, turbulent flow and interference from cables for time trials are both configured to minimize air resistance.

  • [ VSRu Aerodynamic Adjustable Seat Plus (V-AAS) ]
    The VSRu’s aerodynamic seat post can be adjusted to anywhere between 73 and 74.5 degrees, so cyclists can easily achieve a posture suitable for the type of ride or riding habit.
