  • One-Piece Moulding Construction
    Kuota frame One-piece moulding construction: frame front triangle and rear triangle moulded as a single unit in one mould. The main advantage of this structure over front triangle and rear triangle glued design is higher strength and lighter weight. This is because contiguous carbon fiber on frame front triangle to seat-stays and chain-stays no breakpoints。

  • Clear Coating Design

    The Kuota K-A1 frame is crafted using a one-piece moulding technique, it means there are no bonded joints at the seat-stay or chain-stay, this ensured Kuota could boldly use clear coating paint on large areas of the frame, to highlight the raw beauty of the carbon fibre.


  • FSA ACR Internal Cable Routing

    All Kuota road frame come with FSA ACR cable routing system, it is unique to FSA and VISION and is a combination of FSA knowledge bases in both headset and cockpit development and manufacturing, plus FSA’s history in aerodynamic development and design. The result is a clean, integrated, and aerodynamic cable routing solution for frame.

  • Titanium Bolts

    Kuota uses a lot of Ti bolts on road frames, they are made of Titanium Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) and outperforming stainless steel and most high-grade carbon steel bolts. This makes our bolts super strong, resistant against corrosion and very light at the same time.


  • T47 Bottom Bracket Standard

    T47 bottom brackets can accommodate cranks with 30mm,29mm,24mm diameter spindles, It’s a tight interface that has proven reliable and effective, Oversized T47 bottom sizing allows for greater surface area at the critical junction of frame to keeps frames light and stiff, Threaded construction facilitates installation and maintenance using simple T47 BB tools, Most importantly, Compared to the press-fit BB, the T47 BB won’t cause abnormal creak.


  • UCI Approved

    Kuota K-A1 frame has been approved by UCI; it meets all the necessary technical rules of UCI and is  listed on the UCI’s database of approved frames. meanwhile, the UCI approved means A-1 bike can be raced in events overseen by the UCI
